BPC-157
Updated 19 Oct 2026 · Peptilex evidence grade D (A = approved, large trials · D = mainly animal studies)
More than 100 animal studies report faster healing of tendons, ligaments, muscle, bone and the gut lining. The first systematic review of all human studies (2026: 3 small studies, 30 people) found symptom improvement in most participants and no treatment-related side effects, and a randomized trial after rotator cuff surgery (University of Arkansas) is scheduled to start in 2027.
